The Interview

During the Structured Interview, i'd given a case study entitled "Enforce Hygienic Rules to Food Factories and Eateries". my first expression was "whut??hah?ape??porke??" haha..but, after i read thru the article "ohh...i see...cool" laughing to myself. gelabah tahi itik. the article was telling that most of the warung owners, food stalls, restaurant are producing unhygienically prepared food. so, it wud b hazardous lah to our health rite? in d mean time, there shud b some executions to prevent this situation or even a punishment to the owners. haa..lbih kurg mcm tulah citenye..i was required to discuss with d panel about my knowledge upon the article. u know, once u r totally aware of the situation, knowledge that may needed, then ur confidence will jz pop-up! i may not of food n science field or even law study..but, one thing that of my interest is, i love foods! :) ppl eat to live..not eat to harm their body.rite?esp, these days ppl are becoming more health-conscious. they r mindful of what they eat.

Nx is the Role Play session. i'd assigned to b a Personnel Manager.ther r 3 situations for me to resolved.

  1. The workers are staged a demonstration, boycotted company's product due to the low wages. since the situation will harm the company's image, what do u think the company can do? (my answer was; take a confronting approach. do not withdraw. try to confront the workers instead of entertaining the media. lbih kurg mcm tu la aku jwb..)

  2. A grup of employees' wives has come to the company n filed a petition to lower down the employees' wages since their husbands seem to come home late, drinking, badly behavioring i.e beating the wives n neglecting their responsibilities. What do u think the company can do to resolve the situation? (my answer was; we r not going to entertain the petition. the least that the company can do is organizing a seminar, a self-awareness workshop. it's unfair decision to cut down the wages. yg skem2 tu cemane?huh.we cant even assure, by cutting down the wages, the e/ees are goin to well-behaviorally.kan? besides, we r not supposed to muddled personal n business affairs.kan?)

  3. These are d extension from the 2nd situation wher the employees proposed to the company that by hvg 3 working days per week, the company can still maintain the operation. nevertheless, the e/ees are also claiming that they r entitled to received health, transportation n education allowances. (mmg lebih2 btul e/ees neh.naik lemak!) n the e/ees are even threatening the company to boycotting the co's operation n inciting the consumers. What the company can do to resolve the situation? (my answer was; korg ni mmg naik lemak! we r goin to revise the wages (bg kurg sket), reinforce the company rules (soh gak keje 5hari.ingat ni kampeni bapak die?), n provide the allowances as claimed. pueh hati? haha..plg penting, the co. n the e/ees hv to achieve consensus. kalau ta, pecat jek mane yg degil!)
